Return and Exchange Policy
To initiate a return, customers must submit a request by emailing asiabrand.ps@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including their order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (front, back, and tag). Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days, and if approved, return instructions will be provided. Approved items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval, with return shipping costs covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once received, returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days, and a refund will be issued only if the item is confirmed to be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or damage, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup traces, or sent without prior approval will be rejected. Sale items and items returned after 14 days are non-returnable. In the case of defective or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, after which a full refund or replacement will be provided and return shipping will be covered by the store.
Exchanges are subject to availability of size or color. To request an exchange, customers must contact asiabrand.ps@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including their order number, requested exchange item, and clear photos of the original item. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the item will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.
