Distance Selling Agreement.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between ASIA (“the Seller”) and the customer (“the Buyer”) for purchases made through our website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This website is operated using the Shopify platform, which provides us with the online e-commerce infrastructure to sell our products and services.

By placing an order on our website, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service, including our Shipping, Returns, and Exchange policies.

All products, prices, and descriptions are displayed on the product pages prior to purchase. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. Orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey, and delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and items returned after the return period are non-returnable.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item, the Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered by the Seller.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
